An Organizational Development Consultant (OD Consultant) work with leaders to enhancing the workplace based on research and identification of needs. Common work in this role would include an organizational assessment including, but not limited to; organizational structures, processes, and talent assessment to include Leadership Development at all levels within an organization. This work is highly customized because it leverages organizational culture, business plan structures, and change management strategies.
