Week 3: Entreprenuer mentality- How do you strategically think like a founder, but gain the skillset to scale your organization when you don't know everyone by first names?
Week 4: Change Leadership - What is needed to lead change in an ever changing business enviroment? How do you support your organization and people in adopting the change?
Week 5: Organizational Leadership- Strategic and Operational leadership. When and how do you switch hats between the two?
